RETURN POLICY
Claims and return of goods
1) Thee Herb Shop will honor claims and accept buyer's remorse returns for a limited period and for specific reasons as set forth herein.
2) Time and reports
a) All claims must be initiated by email to info@theeherbshop.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.
b) Thee Herb Shop will notify the Customer if any credit for partial or total outgoing shipping costs will be included with the refund of the Customer's claim, depending on the type of claim and the number of items claimed against the number of items ordered [Example, if one item out of ten is received damaged, there is no partial shipping refund. If an item is received damaged in an order for an item, there is a full refund of outbound shipping].
